Manchester Methodist Housing Association had problems letting this block of flats due to a mixture of poor state of repair and an unpopular location. The challenge was more than cosmetic so Boys worked closely with the client to create truly desirable, affordable homes.
Adopting a contemporary look-and-feel, inside and out. The structure was stripped out, raised to meet current insulation and building regulations, and fully refurbished. All within a very restricted working space and within a tight time schedule. Today, Kersal Close is a popular, quality building - and a very sound investment.
