When fire all but destroyed this four story concrete-framed college building, it was time for comprehensive renovation, complete with external facelift.

Heat damages was made good, the building benefited from a full internal mechanical and electrical refit. A specialist rendering process provided a completely new external envelope.

As the project developed, we were involved in assisting the design process and, underwent regular cost reviews to ensure that the client got a good quality end product within the required budget.
