At 45 acres and currently undertaking 40 million pounds plus of construction work, Waters Meeting is one of the largest development sites in the region. Boys recognised the opportunity and drove the whole complex project through planning permission and construction.

Contaminated land has been reclaimed, specialist ground treatments such as dynamic compaction and lime stabilisation employed and the modern B1, B2 and B8 industrial units will attract new businesses to the area - some 1,000 new jobs for local people.
