Alteration and refurbishment of the existing ground floor area to provide Foyer, Ticket Office, Lounge and Bar facilities with Male/Female/Disabled WC. A new floor structure was installed over the Lounge Area to create a new Performance/Rehearsal Area; the existing rooms at First Floor level were refurbished to create offices, stores and WC facilities
