We have very recently completed a significant refurbishment programme on a 5,000 sq ft industrial unit based at our very popular Alliance Industrial Park, Accrington. Works included cladding fitted to the existing roof and elevations including the addition of 240mm of quilt insulation, new gutters and rain waterpipes to the side elevations, upgrading of the internal electric supply and the addition of a new electronically operated roller shutter door to the loading bay.
The improvements have resulted in a B rating on the recent Energy Performance Certificate inspection, which will greatly assist any user of the unit in reducing their energy costs.
The improvements made to the property have welcomed interest from both existing tenants on site, and other local businesses, as available space of this quality is extremely rare to find at this present time. We are pleased to announce that Pharma Sheet Metal who have been trading from Alliance Industrial Estate since 2020 who have already seen expansion into additional space on site, will be moving into Unit 3 over the coming weeks.
