The Boys deliver quality affordable homes for the local community.
B & E Boys have sucessfully completed another housing scheme for affordable homes provider Calico Homes.
The Pendle Avenue site comprises of 40 homes whic are a mixture of large detached, bungalows, and two and three storey townhouses. The completion of the 11 affordable homes concludes the work on Pendle Avenue.
B & E Boys are currently completing work on their own Springside Homes site in Rawtenstall which comprises of 15 town houses. Boys still have other housing sites to commence in the borough including the former Whiberry View care home site in Cloughfold Rawtenstall as well as Greensnook in Bacup.
The Company has been building new homes for close to 40 years, the majority of which have been as NHBC registered house builders.
