We are also delighted to welcome Utility Smart Limited to Toll Bar Business Park, Stacksteads. The company have signed a three-year agreement on offices at the business park and we wish them every success. The company are a supplier of gas and electricity for business use. They work hard with each individual client to ensure specific needs are met at competitive tariffs.
Finally, Account Contractors Limited has signed a 12-month lease agreement for unit 4 at the Ironworks in Accrington. The company are toys and gifts wholesalers and we are expecting that the unit will resemble Santa’s workshop over the next months.
