We are thrilled to announce that B&E Boys were recognised at the recent Lancashire Skills Pledge Awards, taking home the award for ‘Offer a Placement to a University Student’. This award celebrates our commitment to nurturing talent and providing valuable opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience within the industry.
B&E Boys were delighted to attend the Lancashire Skills Pledge Awards evening on 6th December, an event that celebrates organisations making a positive impact by supporting skills development across the region. John Boys participated in a Panel Discussion alongside four other business owners, and together, they shared insights on what the Skills Pledge means to their organisations and the importance of fostering talent for the future.
The event highlighted the importance of collaboration between businesses and education providers in equipping the next generation with the skills they need to succeed.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Lancashire Skills Pledge for this honour and their continued efforts to connect businesses with future talent. It is a privilege to be part of such an inspiring initiative.
This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our incredible team. Our staff play a pivotal role in ensuring that we can offer meaningful placements that help students gain real-world experience and build their confidence. Thank you to everyone at B&E Boys who contributes to this success – this award is a testament to your efforts.
