B & E Boys has continued its investment in to its plant vehicles and machinery by acquiring four more vans, in order to improve the age, condition and green footprint of the existing fleet.
Director, Peter Boys, who controls the fleet said “As we climb out of recession we need to reinvest in the infrastructure and we have been careful to spend our money in a way that can only help improve the function and performance of the Construction and Property Business”
B & E Boys undertake construction projects nationally of up to £5m contract value including public sector and private enterprise clients. The company are also building 50 new homes in the Rossendale area on its Whitehead Place and Whinberry View sites with further housing planned locally over the next 5 to 10 years.
Industrial and commercial development is set to commence again on company owned Waters Meeting Bolton site next year where plans are to build over 150,000 sq foot for sale or to let to meet the growing demand in the area.
B & E Boys have also been awarded the contractor to build the new multi-purpose sports arena in Leicester. The Arena will be the new home to the Leicester Riders and Leicester Cobras Wheelchair Basketball Club but will also be a regional basketball centre of excellence, it will serve as Leicester College’s Sport teaching and learning facility, and as a large multi-use sports venue for the local community. The Arena is expected to open at the end of 2015 and it will create employment for 52 people.
B & E Boys is a family run business and has been trading for over 50 years and carries out construction from small to large projects, for both public sector and private enterprise. Clients include Local Authorities such as Bury Metro Council, Stockport Council, Rossendale Borough Council, health care for NHS and Private Healthcare providers Ramsay, as well as numerous developments in residential and industrial/ commercial arenas.
