B&E Boys Handover New Homes, Calder Green, Station Road, Padiham
B&E Boys won the contract to design and construct Phases 1&2 of a housing scheme comprising of 20 new dwellings including associated infrastructure.
All homes are energy efficient and meet the code for Sustainable Homes level three. There a variety of styles compromising of 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms. cture works (including new adoptable highway, sewers and new substation), and external hard and soft landscaping works. The job took 40 weeks with the show house being completed in six weeks. This project was worth £2.5m.
B & E Boys are also building new homes in Rossendale on their Springside Development which has just been completed making way for the next phase of 12 houses known as Whitehead Place to start. These consist of a selection of 3 & 4 Bed semi-detached houses in the popular Newchurch Road area of Rawtenstall with local amenities such as the newly renovated and expanded Marl Pits sports centre, running track, Rugby Club, golf driving range, local shops, ski slope and historic railway.
