Last week, UKREiiF 2026 brought together professionals from across the built environment, real estate, infrastructure and development sectors, and B&E Boys was proud to be part of it.

Representing the business throughout the three-day event in Leeds, John Boys spent the week connecting with industry professionals, strengthening existing relationships and exploring future opportunities across the sector.
From the very first day, the event proved to be both productive and insightful, with valuable conversations taking place across construction, commercial development, surveying, education and infrastructure.

During the course of the event, John met and spoke with a wide range of industry professionals, including representatives from Bond Bryan, Ardent, Barratt Redrow, The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Day Architecture, College Estate Management, Tilbury Douglas, WGM Project & Building Consultancy, Seven Architecture, CS2 Chartered Surveyors under the RSK Group banner, DeSimone Consulting Engineering and Lancashire County Council Property.
The second day also included attendance at the Avison Young UK Young Economy Event, as well as the Rider Levett Bucknall sports facilities event featuring former England Rugby player Ben Cohen.

On the third day, John attended the Savills event at their Wellington Place offices in Leeds, centred around the theme “Big Things in Small Boxes”, continuing conversations and networking opportunities with professionals from across the industry.
Reflecting on the event, John said:
“UKREiiF has been a fantastic opportunity to connect with people from right across the industry, share ideas and strengthen relationships both old and new. The event creates a brilliant environment for collaboration and conversation, and it has been great to represent B&E Boys throughout the week.”

B&E Boys would like to thank the organisers of UKREiiF, the businesses and organisations who hosted events throughout the week, and all of the professionals who took the time to meet, chat and share insights over the course of the event.
The company looks forward to continuing many of the conversations started during the week and building on the new connections made throughout UKREiiF 2026
