The annual Staff Awards Ceremony has become a key event for all of us at B&E Boys, offering an opportunity for the team to reflect, and celebrate the achievements of the past year. It’s something that we all look forward to, and a great way to get everyone together to celebrate our joint success.
The 2024 Staff Awards were no exception, providing a platform to recognize and applaud the outstanding contributions of every member of the B&E Boys family. We are incredibly grateful for everyone. The past year brought its fair share of challenges, but our incredible team spirit has carried us through. It was also a great year for achievements, with us receiving awards for Cotton Gardens and the Lancashire Skills Pledge, plus we made an appearance in the HOT100!
Each individual plays a vital role in the continued success of the business, and this event is a moment to acknowledge their collective effort. In 2024, B&E Boys had the privilege of working on remarkable projects such as Haslingden Market, the Millennium Powerhouse in Moss Side and the Colne Municipal Hall. Every role within the company is integral to these achievements, from securing new contracts and managing finances to maintaining tidy sites and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Our skilled tradespeople continue to be the foundation of our success, setting a high standard for new apprentices to aspire to.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated office and customer-facing staff ensure the seamless running of daily operations. Whether handling initial client enquiries or fostering a positive and welcoming workplace, their contributions are invaluable. Even the small moments—a shared laugh or a thoughtful gesture—help build the culture that makes B&E Boys a truly great place to work.
Looking to the future, we’re excited about what lies ahead. With new contracts starting in the new year and many exciting projects on the horizon, 2025 promises to be another incredible chapter for B&E Boys.
