B&E Boys Tenant, Nowt Poncy, is a food company that provides delicious and nutritious sauces and pasta. They are based in Rossendale, at Unit 5, Albion Mill. Karen and Jools aim to provide tasty food that is “full of all the good stuff” whilst “leaving out all the nasties.”
They make a variety of sauces; Tomato & Basil, Arrabbiata, Curry, L’Amore A Pizza and Creole. They also sell a Big 5 Nowt Poncy Sauce package so you can test out all of their different sauces and decide which one is your favourite. All sauces are low in sugar, salt, and fat, and are vegan friendly (apart from the Big Easy Creole).
Their 5-colour pasta is made by a family company in Italy who grow their wheat in pesticide free fields. You can buy the pasta in a variety of shapes! View all of their products in their online shop here.
Nowt Poncy supplies retailer outlets (mainly farm shops, delis, and butchers) across the country and have recently secured listings in Germany, Switzerland, America, and Canada. They also have an online shop.
On top of this, Nowt Poncy also manufactures for start-ups and smaller scaling food companies as well as championing small artisan products in their own distribution catalogue.
