UKREiiF 2026, one of the UK’s most influential gatherings for the property, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
Taking place in Leeds City Centre across the Royal Armouries and New Dock, the three-day event runs from Tuesday 19th May to Thursday 21st May 2026. It will once again bring together thousands of industry leaders to explore opportunities for investment, regeneration, and sustainable development across the UK.
Now firmly established as a flagship event for the sector, UKREiiF connects people, places, and businesses with a shared ambition: to unlock inclusive growth and deliver long-term, meaningful regeneration.
The forum creates a unique space where national and local government representatives meet with investors, developers, occupiers, and wider industry professionals. These conversations
help shape how future projects are conceived, funded, and delivered – making it one of the most important networking and collaboration opportunities in the UK property calendar.
Scale, insight, and opportunity
The 2026 event is set to be the largest yet, with more than 16,000 attendees expected across the three days. The programme will feature over 1,250 speakers across 60+ stages, with a vast range of discussions focused on investment, infrastructure, placemaking, and sustainable development.
Alongside this, the forum will represent over £300 billion of opportunity, supported by 150+ exhibitors and more than 150 fringe events hosted throughout Leeds.
A strong presence of decision-makers will also be in attendance, including investors, developers, occupiers, and representatives from more than 275 councils; creating an environment where meaningful partnerships can be formed.
