When the Chips are down…Boys called to rebuild Chip Shop next to Manchesters Printworks.
B &E Boys have won a contract to carry out significant structural works to a small retail property next to the Printworks,in Manchester, just off Shudehill.
The works involve significant structural propping and restraint,whilst the front of the property is taken down and rebuilt over four floor levels. The Contract, which will be completed by the end of April 2011, is nothing new to B & E Boys who have been undertaking specialist propping and rebuilding work for many decades.
The property is on Dantzic Street Manchester which faces the pick up and drop off point for the popular Print Works as well as being close to the citys Arndale Centre.
The works involve the demolition of the external walls of the property leaving the upper three floors on one elevation, and the roof to remain whilst the walls are re-built.
Boys have undertaken this type of work many times in the many industrial premises that it lets out as well as for the many clients the Company has worked for in its 50 years in business.
