We’re delighted to celebrate a fantastic achievement within our team – Shannon Pilling has successfully completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, earning a well deserved Distinction!
Shannon joined B&E Boys in September 2024 after graduating from Burnley College with a Level 3 National Diploma BTEC in Creative Digital Media, achieving Distinction, Distinction, Distinction*. From her first day at the Kingfisher Business Centre, Shannon impressed everyone with her professionalism, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Her hard work and commitment throughout her apprenticeship have now paid off, not only has she completed her qualification with top marks, but her success has also earned her a full-time position at B&E Boys as Receptionist and Trainee Property Assistant.
Reflecting on her journey, Shannon said:
“Completing my apprenticeship with a Distinction is such a proud moment for me. I’ve learned so much working with the team at B&E Boys, and I’m excited to continue developing my skills and growing my career with the company.”
