We are also building 50 new homes in the Rossendale area and have nearly completed the first phase on the Whinberry Place Development, with three houses already having been sold.
As a company we now employ over 100 skilled workers which enables us to take on a wide range of work including renovation and restoration. We have also established excellent industry partnerships with specialist companies, so we can offer a true end to end solution for all our clients.
Industrial and commercial development is set to commence again on the Waters Meeting Bolton site next year which will attract new businesses to the area and estimated 1,000 new jobs for local people. Plans are to build 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial and industrial units, which will meet the growing demand in the area.
