B & E Boys Limited have been awarded a £750,000 refurbishment project on behalf of the British Steel Pension Fund.
The works consist of the remodelling of the well known former HMV building in the city centre of Manchester by splitting the building into three retail units to create retail space on four levels.
B & E Boys undertake construction projects nationally up to £5m contract value including public sector enterprise clients. The company are also building 50 new homes in the Rossendale area on it’s Whitehead Place and Whinberry View Sites with further housing planned over the next 5 to 10 years.
Industrial and commercial development is set to commence again on company owned Waters Meeting Bolton site next year where plans are to build over 150,000 sq foot for sale or to let to meet the growing demand in the area.
