B&E Boys are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of Harley Rawstron, who has been named Construction Apprentice of the Year at the Themis Inspire and Achieve 2026 Awards, hosted at Burnley College.
This well-deserved recognition is a testament to Harley’s hard work, commitment and determination to build a strong future for both himself and his employer. From day one, Harley has shown a genuine passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude that sets him apart.
The awards evening was attended by John Boys and Andrew Horsefield, who were delighted to be there to see Harley recognised on the night. The achievement was a proud moment for the entire B&E Boys team, who have supported Harley throughout his apprenticeship journey.
Speaking about the award, the team said:

Winning Construction Apprentice of the Year highlights not only Harley’s individual dedication, but also the importance of investing in apprentices and nurturing the next generation of skilled tradespeople within the construction industry.
