A short while ago, Hazel Grove High School confirmed a £500,000 project which involved a full internal fit out including floor and ceiling finishes, décor and electrics of a three storey classroom block both internally and externally.
Hazel Grove High puts the focus on a child’s individual learning journey, using varied teaching techniques and a wide variety of extra-curricular activities in Sports, Theatre and Music. This year the school continued going from strength to strength as they celebrated the best ever A Level results and 75% of students collecting 5 GCSE’s at grade A-C, including English and Mathematics.
Our works were completed whilst the site was still in use, which meant that the workforce had to work to stringent guidelines to ensure the absolute safety of pupils and staff, whilst also creating minimal disruption.
The block is now in use and students will benefit from a learning environment which is in line with the modern era. The exterior of the building has benefited from a fantastic facelift including the installation of high quality aluminum windows and a powder coated bullnose detail.
