LATEST PHASE AT CALDER GREEN STATION ROAD, PADIHAM NEARS COMPLETION
B AND E Boys are on target to deliver the first 20 of the 180 Unit site in Padiham and are set to continue to build the next phase in the New Year.
The two and three storey buildings with black windows and doors and real contemporary feel are already attracting great interest, locally, with many units being pre sold.
The project has included the main infrastructure into the site including surface water attenuation along with an Electric Substation, and significant enabling works for the whole site.
B and E Boys are due to commence a further 23 Units in the New Year with Airevale who are the land owner / developer, and are looking to deliver that phase during Summer 2014.
