B&E Boys are delighted to announce that Jaxon Boys has recently stepped into the role of Graduate Site Manager, marking an exciting new chapter in his career with the company.
Jaxon, who recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Construction, is now putting his academic knowledge into practice, gaining valuable hands-on experience across a range of projects. His time at university gave him a strong foundation in construction management, sustainability, and the technical aspects of the industry – all of which he is now further building upon as part of the B&E Boys site team. This is actually a return for Jaxon, as he spent his holidays and time away from University working with the teams on site. This allowed him to gain additional experience and valuable knowledge about the company and its operations.
Reflecting on his new role, Jaxon said:
“I’m really excited to step into this position and start applying everything I learned at university. Every day brings something new, and I’m enjoying learning more about the industry and how everything comes together on site.”
