STELLS GOES INTO MANUFACTURE
B & E Boys Limited have successfully handed over the fit out of the new industrial and manufacturing facility of J Stell and Sons, specialist cardboard roll manufacturer on time, despite a number of late additions to the project.
The scheme involved the provision of a modern office and canteen facility, glue, power and water lines to 50 machines, and a purpose built biomass building to house a Biomass facility burning clean wood and providing heat and hot water.
The relationship with a very technically knowledgeable client was a great success, with an excellent team of subcontractors underpinning the project.
B & E Boys have industrial and commercial property to let in the North West and on competitive terms as well as having their own in house Construction Company and House Building Division. B & E Boys undertake construction projects nationally up to £5m contract value including public sector enterprise clients. The company are also building 50 new homes in the Rossendale area on it’s Whitehead Place and Whinberry View Sites with further housing planned over the next 5 to 10 years.
Industrial and commercial development is set to commence again on company owned Waters Meeting Bolton site next year where plans are to build over 150,000 sq foot for sale or to let to meet the growing demand in the area.
B & E Boys is a family run business and has been trading for over 50 years and carries out construction from small to large projects, for both public sector and private enterprise. Clients include Local Authorities such as Bury Metro Council, Stockport Council, Rossendale Borough Council, health care for NHS and Private Healthcare providers Ramsay, as well as numerous developments in residential and industrial/ commercial arenas. B and E Boys are CITB and NHCB members. The Company also undertake design and build projects.
