Rossendale Photography signed up to B & E Boys owned Toll Bar Business Park in August 2011. After a successful 3 years in the property, the business owner decided he wanted a change of scenery and has now moved his business to Bacup, which has recently been awarded lottery funding for Townscape Heritage Initiative known as the Bacup THI is to have millions of pounds spent on improving the Town Centre. His new premises is no more than 5 minutes up the road for those of his customers who aren’t from the area.
