Morson Projects take 16m high bay unit at Bolton Point.
Morson Projects part of the Morson Group recently took 10,000 square foot of space at B & E Boys Bolton Point site at Waters Meeting in Bolton. The space was needed to help them with a contract they had recently won testing structural integrity of containers. Morson Projects are part of a large engineering and design company who serve many industries from Building, Oil, Gas, Rail, Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear Power and Telecoms. Their requirement was for a high bay unit of at least 14m eaves height which the Bolton Point site can offer.
Bolton Point forms part of a 45 acre site offering existing low cost space within easy access of the motorway network and town centre, as well as being well placed for train, bus and air access. The site is home to over 20 business.
Bolton Point is part of the Waters Meeting developement which offers new build units and offices for sale or to let.
B and E Boys specialise in industrial, commercial, domestic and retail space to let in Bolton, Bury, Blackburn, Accrington, Rossendale and Keighley. The Company also operates a successful construction division which is able to undertake work for new tenants, enabling them to move quickly.
