Unit 20 at Waters Meeting, which measures 10 500 sq.ft in size, is now close to practical completion for our client Stephen Howorth of SGH Moulds Limited. The Design & Build Scheme has been constructed in under 18 weeks being built in the same style as the rest of the Estate that now offers a further 125 000 sq.ft of floor space that can be potentially built on a ‘turn-key’ basis on the next phase of the development.
