Tired from his hectic fundraising schedule for Children In Need, Pudsey still made a surprise visit to the Kingfisher Business Centre in Rawtenstall to see his friends and help out at the Children In Need Cake Sale.
It was also an opportunity for Pudsey to check on the progress of the children attending Kumon Classes and to wander around the companies based at Kingfisher Business Centre with his collection bucket. Pudsey’s team said, “It’s been a very busy week so far, but made sure he could call in to surprise the children.”
The converted mill in the centre of Rawtenstall is owned by B & E Boys Ltd, Director, Michael Boys explained, “we’re delighted that Pudsey found time in his busy schedule to visit us at Kingfisher Business Centre, the children were extremely excited. Thank you to all who baked cakes and those who purchased cakes raising £143.95 towards a very worthy cause.” Pudsey’s team added, “The companies based at Kingfisher have been very generous with their donations to Children In Need, we’re very grateful.”
