Crostons site occupied by the RSPCA
B and E Boys have just agreed a lease with the RSPCA for a new distribution hub for their charity retail outlets in the North West. The Wood Street site is along side Crostons Retail Park which is hometo B&Q, Home Bargains, and Poundstretcher.
The Wood Street business park is also home to Space Self Store, Sillivan Metal Polishers, a self service car wash facility as well as a number of dance studios and martial arts centre.
B and E Boys have previously agreed terms for a charity retail outlet with the RSPCA. The Company has also seen a number of its tenants expand in the last few months and has been working with them to facilitate growth into additional work space.
