Lancaster Maloney have awarded B & E Boys construction work at the Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School in Davyhulme, Manchester. The school which is a mile away from the Trafford Centre, is to have work to extend the School Hall. The hall built in the 1980’s is a portal frame building with masonry walls and cladded roof structure. The work is being undertaken in school term time and the construction work has been carefully co-ordinated to work around the busy school premises. The work has necessitated a temporary road into the construction area and will involve excavation and disposal of spoil before foundation and structural steelwork are commenced.
