Contrcution work Chadderton St Georges Church Chadderton to be undertaken by Builders Rossendale B and E Boys Waterfoot.
B and E Boys have commenced work on another project in Chadderton, Oldham, St Georges Church where alterations and improvements to the internal space and external access will be made. The project involves structural alterations, mechanical and electrical modifications, replacement of windows, suspended ceilings, removable partitions, specialised joinery manufacture and installation as well as plastering, re-decoration and flooring. Externally new drainage, and drain lining works will be undertaken, along with disabled access improvements whilst maintaining a shared access to domestic properties around the premises.
The site is close to Housing Units of Hollingwood Chadderton and also the recently completed Ferguson Polycom facility in Chadderton – a multimillion pound scheme to enable the relocation of an existing facility into a new one.
