SWIIS Foster Care expand in their relationship with B & E Boys
Swiis Foster Care, who have been based at St.Mary’s Chambers for the last 3 1/2 years, have just committed their future to this Grade A office space for a further 6 years. They occupy approximately 1800sq.ft of clear floor space on the 2nd floor of this listed and prestigous office location at the bottom of the M66, but at the gateway to Rawtenstall and the Rossendale Valley. As many of Swiis’s clients use St Marys Chambers as their northern base hub, it essential that the space they occupy is accesible and is easy to find.
Swiis Foster Care started in 1980 and initially responded to the need of Local Authorities for quality experienced qualified social workers. They now have 21 offices across the UK and their teams are made up of experienced social workers, support workers, education and health advisers who are firmly committed to putting children at the heart of everything they do. Whether it is providing short-term, long-term or respite foster placements for children and young people aged from 0-21 years.
Boys are delighted that Swiis have extended their tenancy, and Property Director, Michael Boys stated,” St.Marys Chambers is a hugely popular office location and remains completely full as it has now for a number of years whilst other similiar locations in Rawtenstall remain dormant. It is an iconic building and has a real ‘feel good factor’ when you are in the building and people really do enjoy working their. If your staff are happy, your business should thrieve and St.Marys is a prime example of that”
