When B & E Boys welcome a new commercial tenant to our premises, we are offering more than just a space to operate from, but continued support which enables the company to go from strength to strength.
Back in April 2016 we were pleased to be able to sign a 10 year lease renewal with TNT UK. TNT UK are based at the Cuba Industrial Estate in Ramsbottom and are part of the global TNT Group who are leaders in parcel delivery and courier services.
As part of the lease renewal, B & E Boys invested in the tenant building, completing roofing work, replacing roof lights, exterior cladding and fitting new external gutters and rain pipes.
As a company who have been established for over 50 years, we understand that first impressions really do matter and therefore we want to ensure our tenants’ premises are kept in great condition. The completed work has improved the building cosmetically and increased energy performance. The working environment for staff has also been greatly improved.
As our commercial and residential property portfolio has grown, B & E Boys have been able to welcome prestigious local companies to our various sites across the North West. We value our tenants and understand that we need to be flexible and pro-active in order to look after our clients effectively. We take great care to ensure that our sites are in highly accessible areas and offer a wide range of facilities.
Although we work on projects across the whole of the country, we have strong professional relationships with many companies based in the North West of England. We want to be part of the community, whether that involves building new homes or schools or taking on local young people as apprentices.
We also have staff who are particularly experienced in working on historic or listed buildings including the Cloisters in Waterfoot. We know the sensitive nature of these renovations and work strictly to any industry guidelines.
