B and E Boys undertake restoration work to masonry walls on occupied living accommodation for Diamond Resorts International.
The 55 acre estate at Wychnor dates back to a period of Queen Anne and features a Grade II listed Great Hall. The extensive landscaped gardens offer various outdoor activities including an 18 hole golf course overlooked by the Main Hall.
B and E Boys are undertaking masonry repairs, pointing and cleaning to the occupied accommodation and this is the first project for Diamond Resorts International. The works must be sensitive to the exclusive Country Club taking care to minimise disruption for the guests staying at the venue taking account of the water cleaning and operations that generate dust during the guests stay. Strict working hours must be adhered to as well as taking into account the health and welbeing of the guests staying at the estate.
