Demolitions, alterations and refurbishment to College building

This project involved works being undertaken to the existing building to provide a new Business Incubation Hub, Court and Trading Floor work environments, new kitchen and break out room. The works comprised demolitions and alterations inside the existing building providing a new entrance lobby, roof alterations, new internal walls, fire doors and screens, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, new fixed and loose furniture, new kitchen, and new mechanical and electrical installations including a new lift installation. The roof was also completely stripped and re-roofed. The completed project at the College will provide greatly improved training opportunities and will clearly benefit the wider community as well as college learners.

B&E Boys has previously successfully completed an extension and refurbishment £1.85 million project at Oldham Sixth Form College.
