This £1.9 million design and building project was for the provision of five two storey office blocks, complete with associated parking close to Junction 23 of the M66 Motorway on a Brownfield Site, adjacent to existing employment premises and residential area.

The purpose of the project was to construct 20,000sq.ft of modern, high specification office blocks from traditional methods. The offices varied in size, from 1,700sq.ft to 5,000sq.ft and included storage, toilet and kitchen facilities, circulation spaces and large open offices. Gas fired condensing boilers providing central heating and hot water were installed, and a full lighting system and suspended ceilings were installed to L2 compliant standard. The external envelope consisted of insulated cavity brick wall, render, powder coated aluminium windows and concrete roof tiling. External relaxation area, facilities for bicycles, including showers were also provided.
