Situated in Dunham Massey, Cheshire

The work involved extensive renovation and restoration of a former farmhouse in the National Trust estate of Dunham Massey.

The property had a number of feature walls which had significant artworks painted directly on them, resulting in the need for protection works to be carried out prior to the main construction programme which involved the total re-roofing of the property.

Electrical and plumbing services were co-ordinated and managed on site by B&E Boys and the Company utilised its Joinery Manufacture workshop to reproduce some of the more detailed joinery items at the property.

The company has a significant amount of experience working on historic and listed properties such as Village Farmhouse.
