At B&E Boys, we have vast experience of restoration and conservation of properties and surrounding environments alike
We have particular experience in preserving and maintaining Grade I and Grade II listed properties and own a number of historic buildings within our investment portfolio, which have been brought back into use after the Company has undertaken restoration works to them.
The Company has undertaken work to a number of National Trust properties, a thatched cottage, buildings within Conservation Areas, former Church buildings, Toll Barr Business Park in Stacksteads, as well as preserving a number of former wool, cotton and shoe manufacturing premises that date back to the early 1900’s, for current business uses. Our experience of working with Clients on these schemes, has allowed Boys to accrue an impressive portfolio of restorative projects that are sympathetic to the local environment, original structure design and decoration.
