Our Design & Build team are in tune with the varying demands and challenges that industry has to accommodate, and work with Client teams’ to mitigate any associated risks and issues.
We have worked on new build projects as well as refurbishment. The refurbishment work we carry out involves working in existing ‘live’ industrial environments, remodelling to meet modern manufacturing requirements, and requires particular attention being made to Health & Safety.
In the retail sector, we restored the renowned former HMV store on behalf of the British Steel Pension Fund, which included substantial mechanical, electrical and structural subdivision work within a confined site.
