We prioritise local employment and seek to maximise opportunities for local subcontractors and suppliers for each project, alongside supporting apprenticeships and work experience, training and career development initiatives, employee health and wellbeing programmes, donations to local charities, and community projects. We also encourage our employees to take part in fundraising challenges and charitable activities that support causes close to their hearts.

As proud supporters of the Lancashire Skills Pledge, we are committed to developing the next generation of construction professionals through structured training programmes, apprenticeships, work experience and industry placements, as well as careers guidance and engagement. We are also committed to recruiting local people from Lancashire, creating opportunities for individuals to build rewarding careers within the construction industry and contribute to the growth of the local economy. Our Constructionline/Once For All membership demonstrates our commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and responsible business practices.
