B&E Boys were proud to be represented by John Boys at the first quarterly panel event of 2026, Preston Residential, hosted by Preston Partnership.
Held at OneCoWork Winckley Square, the event brought together a wide range of professionals from across the business and public sectors to explore the future of residential living in Preston.
The morning session featured an insightful panel discussion led by Chris Hayward, who was joined by Stuart Sage, Claire Lowe, John Heaton and Stephen Heverin. Together, they explored key topics including the growth of Preston’s residential offer, the essential ingredients for successful city living, and emerging plans for areas such as Stoneygate.
With extensive experience in local government and regeneration, Chris Hayward shared valuable perspectives on Preston’s ongoing development, including major investment programmes that continue to shape the city’s future. The panel discussion highlighted the importance of strategic planning, collaboration, and long-term vision in delivering sustainable and thriving communities.
Beyond the panel itself, the event also provided an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow professionals over breakfast, reinforcing the value of collaboration between industry, local authorities and the wider business community.
B&E Boys would like to extend our thanks to Preston Partnership for hosting such a well-organised and engaging event. It was a fantastic morning, and we look forward to attending future sessions and continuing to be part of the conversation around regional growth and development.
