We want to let you know that we have contingency plans in place to enable us to continue providing our services despite the COVID-19 outbreak
B&E Boys continue to operate on a ‘business as usual’ basis doing our utmost to support our loyal staff, customers and suppliers
In light of recent global and national events surrounding Covid-19, The wellbeing of our clients and staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.
All of our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of our business. We are managing the use of canteens and welfare facilities by staggering their use and numbers at any given time.
We are continuously reviewing and implementing precautionary measures to reduce the spread of the virus whilst ensuring we can remain fully operational for our customers and respecting the circumstances and concerns of our staff.
As part of our contingency planning we are looking at ways to minimise any disruption to business as usual, and to ensure our project and service delivery continues as expected.
We are taking measures internally to reduce the impact of the virus for our staff and customers including:
•Limiting face to face interactions where possible and adopting safe practices when impractical (i.e. no handshakes, safe distances)
•Increasing levels of premises, welfare and personal hygiene
•Preparing for remote working for key areas of the business
•Reviewing our Business Continuity Plan across our departments
We are committed to maintaining our business operations and to ensuring that you continue to receive the highest quality service with minimum disruption. Obviously, we are not able to perform our work without visiting sites and other client locations. Therefore, to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on our business activities, we are currently offering all clients who have a face-to-face meeting arranged, the option to have their meeting via Microsoft Teams and conference call, utilising Facetime and Fanvil capabilities.
