We’d like to give you an update of the Greensnook Lane development in Bacup. A while back we told you about how this project was set to commence in spring 2017. Now, we are pleased to announce that the development is moving full steam ahead.
We are delighted to be once again working with the Homes and Communities Agency to deliver 26 new detached and semi-detached dwellings in this superb semi-rural location. Greensnook Lane, just off Todmorden Lane, is situated in one of the most desirable areas of Bacup. Not only is the site close to local schools and sports facilities, it also has the benefit of backing onto beautiful rolling countryside.
We can confirm that the design team for the project has now been assembled. Pre-commencement conditions as stipulated by the LPA are currently being worked through, with work set to commence in March/April and the first new homes on the development will be available by late 2017/early 2018.
The scheme will complement the previous successful housing development taken on by Boys Home Builders which is adjacent to the site. The Greensnook Lane development will be completed in tandem with the final phase of our Whinberry Place development of stylish 3 and 4-bedroom homes.
