We recently welcomed a local student, Olena Whittles, to B&E Boys on a work experience placement.
Olena, who is studying Architecture, Graphics and Media at Alder Grange School Sixth Form, is interested in pursuing a career within the design sector.
During the placement, Olena visited various departments within our company and worked with members of staff in different roles including Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyors and Office Managers. She also visited multiple work sites – industrial and residential – and learnt about the different processes involved from the tender stage to a live construction project.
We wanted to thank Olena for joining our team for a week and wish her well in her studies and future career.
