Restoration of a Grade II listed building utilising specialists in building and construction practices common in historic sites to ensure that the repairs did not detract from the age and appearance of the Cottage

The building benefited from structural repair, repointing and new timber windows and doors. This cottage is registered with Historic England, so all structural repairs and timber windows and doors were sympathetic to the age of the building, preserving it for the future.

Further careful and expert repairs were also undertaken on the interior, particularly on the timber works. A full rewire and central heating system was installed to ensure the safety of the building and the redecorating was accompanied by new finishes on the flooring throughout. This stunning Georgian building also received a new drainage system and a klargester septic tank was installed.
