John, Michael and Peter were pleased to attend Handelsbanken’s Economic Seminar at Theodore House, Stonyhurst, on Monday afternoon.
Having attended a number of Handelsbanken’s business events over the years, it was once again a valuable opportunity to hear from industry experts, connect with fellow businesses and gain insight into the factors shaping the UK’s economic outlook.
The afternoon began with the chance to network with businesses from across the region before an engaging presentation from Handelsbanken’s UK Chief Economist, James Sproule. His analysis of the current economic climate, market trends and future outlook provided plenty of food for thought, followed by an interesting question and answer session where attendees could discuss the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today.
For the construction industry, keeping up to date with the wider economy is more important than ever. Economic conditions have a direct impact on investment, development, material costs, supply chains and business confidence, making events like this an invaluable opportunity to understand the bigger picture. Gaining expert insight helps businesses like ours plan ahead, adapt to changing market conditions and continue delivering the highest standards for our clients.
At B&E Boys, we believe that investing time in events such as these is just as important as investing in new skills and technologies. They provide an opportunity to learn from leading experts, share ideas with other local businesses and strengthen relationships across the region’s business community.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Handelsbanken East Lancashire team for the invitation and their warm hospitality, and to James Sproule for delivering such an informative and thought-provoking presentation. We always enjoy attending Handelsbanken’s events and appreciate the knowledge, insight and networking opportunities they provide.
We look forward to attending future events and continuing to learn from the expertise that Handelsbanken consistently brings to the local business community.
